We went to Marc from Schema M at the end of 2021 because he and his team were known as UGC champions. And that's actually true: Schema M understands user-generated content. The team is extremely coordinated. There is a super clear division of roles internally, the substitution policy works perfectly should a contact person be on vacation, and we get regular, reliable updates. The briefings for our content productions are provided super clearly within Notion, so we can film everything.
